CHAM on Toast

Toast has seen an upgrade in the past few years. Gone are the days of the pale white sliced bread loaf, in its place is fresh baked sourdough and the most incredible gluten free creations. Toast is still one of our favourite go to breakfasts in a rush here at CHAM, so we thought we’d share some of our favourite ways to top our toast with you!

Raspberry CHAM, walnuts, sunflower seeds and raspberries

Adding nuts and seeds to your toast in the morning means you add an extra dose of protein, helping you stay fuller for longer! Sunflower seeds are also full of vitamin E and walnuts add some healthy fats.

Blueberry CHAM, peanut butter & blueberries

Packed full of antioxidants, those little blueberries pack a powerful punch when it comes to goodness. That’s why we love swirling blueberry CHAM, peanut butter (for that morning protein hit again!) and topping it with fresh blueberries . MMM mmm!

CHAM, peanut butter, banana and dark chocolate

If blueberries don’t take your fancy, try adding some dark chocolate on top of your toast for your hit of antioxidants. We love ours with banana slices and peanut butter to create a chocolate nutty banana slice of yumminess. Plus bananas are full of potassium which can have benefits for your heart.
